Work is billed at a flat $150/hour with transparent time tracking, so you always know what you're paying for. The agreed scope sets expectations before anything begins.

Is there a minimum or a contract?+

No long-term contract — this is project-based, flexible support. Each engagement is scoped on its own, whether it's a single asset or an ongoing list of work.

How fast will I hear back?+

Randi reviews each request and follows up within 1–2 business days to confirm scope, timeline, and next steps before any work starts.

Who owns the final files?+

The finished work is yours. All design is created by Randi Van Horn with Brand by Ran and delivered in the formats you need to use it.

What if my project is bigger than one item?+
